Overall, I just appreciate the quality that Sacred Bean offers, and it’s easiest to see this in the classics. The Cold Brew is by far my favorite (it has a strong chocolate-like smell). I also deeply enjoy the classic shot of espresso. The freshness of the beans creates this creamy texture that is hard to find in any other shop!

“I didn’t want my cafe to be like other coffee shops where they all use the same syrups, and all these syrups use numerous ingredients,” Baierl said. “Everything is naturally occurring. All the ingredients are pronounceable. I wanted it to be an intentional coffee experience where people can feel good about the drink that they’re ordering.”
